ABOUT ME
As a young girl right through to adulthood, I grew up thinking I wasn't creative. As I entered my thirties, I started to question that belief system. In 2020, I quit the linear world of my corporate job and then began my free-flowing creative era.
Since entering the world of silversmithing in 2022, I haven't been able to stop.
I started out just wire-wrapping crystals until I discovered silversmithing on YouTube. Since then, it's been a continuous cycle of learning and creating.
Everything is handmade from my studio in Leicester, or out in nature.
INSPIRATION
In silversmithing I've found the biggest love of my life. My aim is never to make jewellery to be mass-produced. There is no charm or heart in this. I create intentional, unique pieces that respect our planet, largely using recycled .925 sterling silver.
In 2023 I began running silversmithing workshops around Leicestershire. It has given me so much pleasure sharing this art with others and watching them fall in love with the process too.
