We aim to deliver your handmade jewellery in a timely manner but since our products are handmade, please allow up to 2 business days to prepare your order before shipping.
When it comes to packaging, we prioritise sustainability by using recyclable materials wherever possible. We believe in reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact through our shipping practices.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your handmade jewellery from Samadhi Studio. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that no refunds/exchanges can be offered for ordering the wrong size.
